Wisconsin Remote Online Notarization Technology Providers Portal

This portal is for remote online notarization technology providers that have been approved by the Remote Notary Council and the Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) and have agreed to the terms and conditions of approval. A list of approved providers is available on the DFI website.

An approved provider is required to use this portal to provide notice to DFI when a Wisconsin notary becomes newly authorized to use its platform (“onboarding”). The portal also allows a provider to indicate when a notary loses authorization to use the platform (“offboarding”).
