Welcome to the Department of Financial Institutions Notary Public Tutorial. As a Notary Public for the State of Wisconsin, your responsibilities are many. The tutorial, which includes written information, knowledge quizzes and the final exam, is provided to help you understand the duties of this department and the trust which has been placed in you when you become a Notary Public and a public official.
