  • Payment: Payment can be made with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) or E-Check, using a checking or savings account.
  • Fee: The registration statement fee is $100

Post-Filing Requirements/Information

  • Note: Your contact person will receive an email message from the Division when your registration statement is complete.
  • Amendments: If any change occurs in the information that you submit to the Division, please notify the Division within 30 days after the change occurs by sending an email message to DFISecurities@wisconsin.gov. Notification of changes is required under Wis. Stats. Sec. 551.205(1)(b)3.
  • Records: As provided by Wis. Stats. Sec. 551.205(1)(c), the internet site operator shall maintain records of all offers and sales of securities effected through the internet site and shall provide ready access to records to the Division upon request. The Division may access, inspect, and review any internet site registered under Wis. Stats. Sec. 551.205(1), as well as the records of the internet site operator.
  • Issuer Status: Prior to any offer or sale of securities, the issuer shall provide to the Internet site operator evidence that the issuer has a principal place of business in this state and is doing business in Wisconsin. (Wis. Stats. Sec. 551.205(1)(a))
  • Reminder: Under Wis. Stats. Sec. 551.505, it is unlawful for a person to make or cause to be made, in a record that is filed under this chapter, a statement that is false or misleading in a material respect, or, in connection with a statement, to omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statement made not false or misleading.
