- Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (First Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving (Fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas Eve (December 24)
- Christmas Day (December 25)
- New Year's Eve (December 31)
If a legal holiday is on a Sunday, then state office buildings are closed on the following Monday.
