The Bureau of Consumer Affairs is in the Division of Banking. It administers the Wisconsin Consumer Act, resolves consumer complaints, and advises consumers and lenders regarding their rights and responsibilities under consumer law. This site has two main components: one is primarily designed for Businesses, and one is primarily for Consumers.
