Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions, you will need to submit
the original or certified document(s) by mail.
If requesting an e-Apostille, you may submit by uploading to our portal or by mail for DFI upload. Please review Requirements for Documents and Federally Issued Documents under Resources.
