​​​​​​​The Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) has the following administrative rules in promulgation.

​1. ​​​​​Proposed rule related to authorizing one or more additional fee structures and establishing maximum fees or charges that may be made thereunder by adjustment service companies; modifying chapter DFI-Bkg 73 to incorporate certain requirements of the federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.​

2. ​Proposed rule affecting the DFI’s Division of Securities relating to extending the validity of qualification exams if certain conditions are met, creating a registration exemption for certain merger and acquisition brokers, correcting cross-references, eliminating obsolete provisions, correcting errors, and modifying the structure of existing rules in nonsubstantive ways to improve clarity and meet current drafting standards.
